Emily Sparer is a doctoral student in Ergonomics and Safety at the Harvard School of Public Health. Her research focuses on the connections between organizational programs and policies, safety climate, and work-related injury in the construction industry. Emily holds a BA in Environmental Science from Barnard College and an MS in Occupational Hygiene from Harvard University.
