Many companies employ safety management systems (SMS) to great effect. Some model their systems off the ISO 9001 standards (OHSAS 18001), others use the ANSI Z10 standard, and others simply create their own. Regardless, when coupled with an advanced analytics solution, an SMS process can return world-class safety results by predicting and preventing workplace injuries. Let’s take a look at what is available today, and what might be available soon, as technology advancements are achieved.
